At Brew Dream Coffee, we’re committed to delivering a great product and experience. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please email hello@brewdreamcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and shipping packaging
Once we review your claim, we’ll either:
- Replace the damaged items or
- Issue a store credit for the value
Please note: Marks on the bag or overall damaged packaging alone do not qualify for replacement or credit unless the internal product is missing, compromised, or otherwise unusable.
2. Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can’t locate the package:
Wait 24 hours after the delivery scan. Packages may still be en route through your local carrier. Double-check mailboxes, building mailrooms, shared drop zones, or neighbors. Our packets are small and may be tucked out of sight.
Still can’t find it after 24 hours? Reach out to hello@brewdreamcoffee.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll investigate and do our best to assist you.
Please note: Brew Dream Coffee is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft unless Package Protection was purchased at checkout.
3. Incorrect Shipping Info or Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order after checkout, email us immediately at hello@brewdreamcoffee.com.
We typically process and pack orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, so we can’t guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed. Please double-check your information before submitting your order. Brew Dream Coffee is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
4. Unauthorized Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded upon receipt, and no refund, credit, or replacement will be issued.
5. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale return and refund terms are governed by the provisions outlined in your separate Wholesale Agreement and the Terms of Service.
6. Optional Package Protection
To offer added peace of mind, Brew Dream Coffee may offer optional package protection at checkout. If selected, this low-cost coverage helps protect your order in the event of:
- Loss during transit
- Theft after delivery
- Significant damage (e.g., crushed, leaking packaging)
If you opted in and your protected package experiences one of the above issues, please email hello@brewdreamcoffee.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and include your order number, details of the issue, and photos when applicable.
We'll review and either:
- Issue a replacement, or
- Provide a store credit for the affected items
Package Protection availability, terms, and cost are subject to change. Eligibility is limited to orders where protection was successfully purchased at checkout.
If you did not select package protection, we’ll still do our best to assist, but refunds or replacements for loss, theft, or minor damage are not guaranteed.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
