Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brew Dream Coffee, we’re committed to delivering a great product and experience. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or for any questions, you can contact us at hello@brewdreamcoffee.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

1. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please email hello@brewdreamcoffee.com within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and shipping packaging

Once we review your claim, we’ll either:

  • Replace the damaged items or

  • Issue a store credit for the value

Note: Marks on the bag or overall damaged packaging alone do not qualify for replacement or credit unless the internal product is missing, compromised, or otherwise unusable.

2. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can’t locate the package:

Wait 24 hours after the delivery scan—packages may still be en route through your local carrier

Double-check mailboxes, building mailrooms, shared drop zones, or neighbors—our packets are small and may be tucked out of sight

Still can’t find it after 24 hours? Reach out to hello@brewdreamcoffee.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll investigate and do our best to assist you. Please note, Brew Dream Coffee is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft unless Package Protection was purchased at checkout.

3. Incorrect Shipping Info or Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order after checkout, email us immediately at hello@brewdreamcoffee.com

We typically process and pack orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, so we can’t guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed. Please double-check your information before submitting
